BORTIER OKOE Track MAMA AFRICA
“Bortier’s music is unique and irresistible – making a significant contribution and progression to World
Music.” Beat Magazine
Ghanaian Born sensational performing artist and musician Bortier Okoe has been selected to perform his recent single ‘Mama Africa’ at the opening ceremony of the African Cup of Nations soccer tournament in Egypt in June 2019.
Unfortunately, logistics resulted in Bortier Okoe and his band being unable to attend the event.
Bortier Okoe still celebrates international success with the launch of his latest hit, ’Mama Africa’, which
calls for unification and looks towards empowerment of Africans for a brighter, stronger socially
cohesive world. The track calls for us to put our differences aside and focus on our humanity.
The film clip for the song was recently filmed in Ghana and shows the diversity of nations and cultures
throughout the Continent and the message could not be clearer:
“United we stand, divided we fall.”
The single is available NOW on all digital platforms.
Singing in Ga, English, Arabic,French, Yoruba and Igbo
